What are the payment methods?
International payments are made by PayPal, so will be accepted credit cards of the brands Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How do I know if the payment was confirmed?
You will receive an email which will let you know about your purchase updates. The confirmation message may take up to 3 business days depending on the payment method you chose.
How long does it take to receive my purchase?
By defining shipping address, you will choose the delivery service. Consider costs and time, and click “continue”.
Our postmark deadline is up to 5 after payment confirmation.
How do I know if my purchase was shipped?
After shipping your purchase, its status will be changed to “Posted”. You will receive an email with a tracking code, in order to follow the delivery process.
I need my tracking code, how can I get it?
In case your purchase has already been shipped and for some reason you didn’t receive an email with the tracking code, access your account in our virtual store and there you will find all information about your purchases.

Are the products available or do you work only with orders?
There are some items in our virtual store that are immediately available. Others need to be produced, for this reason we indicate the time limit up to 5 business days, because within that time we are able to produce, pack and ship all products.
